Sylvia Fabricant
- Served as the Coordinator of Women's Intercollegiate Sports at the University from 1944 to 1976
- As the first coordinator of women's intercollegiate sports at ÌÇÐÄlogo she established teams in basketball, volleyball, field hockey, lacrosse, track, tennis, and soccer
- Provided a nurturing atmosphere for beginning coaches and the fledgling women athletes
- Retired in 1976
- An award is given in her name annually to a female athlete for outstanding sportsmanship
- Passed away in August, 2002
