Samuel Feier sends a Hello to Frank Gliottone and Meyer Achter '38. He writes, "I had to dig up my yearbook. What a handsome group of men! If these are the golden years, our years at the University must be triple platinum years."

Mildred Newhall O'Laughlin '46 (EdM) and several friends gathered at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., for a mini-Rochester reunion and sent a photo. Pictured are Agnes Naysmith Johnston, Betsy Phillips Fisher, Marjorie Baker Heydt '44, and Mildred. Betsy's latest book of poetry, Harvest of the Years, was recently published, and some poems were used at the last '43 reunion. Agnes is also completing a journal of letters and descriptions of work in China by her mother, Esther Nairn Naysmith '09. Among the pictures she found for the journal was a Alpha Sigma sorority picture from 1910 that showed Esther and Marion MacLean Newhall '11.

Clinton Carpenter's version of Mahler's 10th Symphony was performed in May 2001 by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. A CD release on the Delos label is planned, making it one of the first completions of the historic symphony widely available. . . . Robert Grover and John Reeves edited the book Attitudes on Altitude: Pioneers of Medical ÌÇÐÄlogo in Colorado's High Mountains. It narrates seven occurrences of medical insights gained through high altitude events.
